Ulster Ancestry reserve the right to edit, modify or refuse to publish memorials which Ulster Ancestry determine are unsuitable for this site. In the event of a memorial being deemed inappropriate or offensive in any way and therefore not posted to the World Wide Web no refund of payment, either in cash or kind, will be due to the purchaser.
Permanence Fund
A portion of the cost of each Memorial Link Memorial is set aside for storage, upkeep, and technical upgrades. If Ulster Ancestry.com ever ceases operations in its current form, the Permanence Fund will be available to pay for the transfer of files to another World Wide Web host or the appropriate equivalent thereof. While we can provide no guarantees either written or implied, we are seeking to ensure every Ulster Ancestry Memorial is preserved and available to future generations as electronic media and digital technology evolve.
